If you haven't already, work with your attorney to start the probate process. In many cases, probate runs in tandem with preparing the home and listing the home on the market depending on court authority and attorney guidance. I work with your attorney on the timelines needed to settle the estate. Please let me know if you could use a probate attorney referral.

I can refer vendor partners to you. I communicate with your selected vendor partner on the timeline to get the home ready for sale in accordance with the strategic plan we've put together. I can open the door for your selected vendor, if needed. I can also communicate with other heirs to coordinate the home prep planning. I check progress and ensure we're moving forward timely and effectively, and I keep in contact with you and your attorney.

I list your home with the expertise of a seasoned project manager, looking out for your interests and that of the other heirs. I partner with a title company knowledgeable in probate sales so the likelihood of surprises is reduced. We work hard to support you and the other heirs so you can settle the estate as effectively as the probate process allows.
